How It Works

No money passes through this website. Supporters pay the bill company directly.

If you need help with a bill

1. Create a free account.
2. Upload a photo or PDF of your bill. You can cover private details (like ID numbers) before uploading. Keep the bill company, amount and account number visible.
3. Add the details. Category, amount, due date, the bill company, your account or reference number, and how the bill can be paid.
4. Explain your situation in one to three honest sentences, and choose a display name.
5. Publish. Your request goes live straight away.
6. Confirm. When a supporter uploads a payment receipt, check with your bill company and confirm the payment arrived.

If you want to help

1. Discover requests with swipe mode or the full list. Swiping right only saves a request.
2. Sign in to see the bill and decide for yourself. We don’t verify bills.
3. Choose “I’ll pay this bill”. It’s reserved for you for a limited time so nobody pays it twice.
4. Pay the bill company directly through its official website, app, office or phone line. Never send money to a personal account.
5. Upload your receipt. The requester confirms when the payment arrives.
